In the event that a third party should make or threaten a claim against Pain Free with NLP on the basis of, or in connection with your use of the platform you agree, by using this platform, to indemnify and hold harmless Pain Free with NLP and its affiliate companies and their employees against any damages, liabilities and expenses.
Pain Free with NLP reserves the right to terminate your access to this platform at any time without notice, to take legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs which Pain Free with NLP may incur on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the misuse of this platform and to disclose such information to law enforcement authorities as Pain Free with NLP reasonably feels is necessary or as required by law. The actions Pain Free with NLP may take are not limited to those described above, and Pain Free with NLP may take any other action Pain Free with NLP reasonably deems appropriate.
